Convotherm Takes Consultants to New Heights
Guildford, UK – Global catering equipment supplier, Welbilt, took its consultant partners to new heights – literally, with an inspirational event at Convotherm’s headquarters in Eglfing, Germany. In December, 30 consultants from the UK, Europe and the Middle East joined the Convotherm team for The Smart Kitchen Event to showcase the innovative Convotherm combi ovens and how they shape the kitchens of the future.
Siezing the themes – connected, sustainable and efficient, the participants challenged themselves to hiking in the Alps and wild mountain cooking with Chef Brian Bojsen as well as a visit to the iconic ski jumping facility in Garmisch-Partenkirchen; a perfect blend of innovation, sustainability and adventure.
