Rational has revised the formulation of its cleaning products for older generations of combi ovens. This means that the tabs for the SelfCookingCenter (from 2004) and the CombiMaster Plus (from 2015) are now also available in a phosphorus- and phosphate-free formulation.

“Phosphorus and phosphate-free cleaning agents are already well established in many applications,” says Fabian Seymer, Vice President Product Management iCombi at RATIONAL. “By further developing our existing cleaner, we are ensuring that our entire portfolio meets company-wide environmental criteria.” The switch helps to reduce potential nutrient inputs into wastewater systems, thereby supporting water protection.
