RATIONAL and Bridor to Showcase Complete Breakfast Solution at Wembley Stadium
Foodservice operators from across the hospitality and catering sectors are invited to Wembley Stadium on 4 August, 2026 for a live breakfast showcase hosted by Rational UK and Bridor, demonstrating how operators can deliver high-quality breakfast services with greater efficiency, consistency and reduced labour requirements.
Taking place from 8:00am to 11:00am, the event will highlight how Rational’s iCombi Pro and iVario Pro cooking systems work together to provide a complete breakfast solution across multiple service formats, including buffet, à la carte and regeneration service styles. Attendees will see live demonstrations showcasing how the two systems can simultaneously produce a full breakfast offer while helping operators maximise output and streamline kitchen operations.
The event will also feature a live bakery demonstration using premium Bridor products freshly baked in the iCombi Pro, illustrating how operators can enhance their breakfast offering with minimal complexity while maintaining consistent quality.
