Rational, the leading manufacturer in professional thermal kitchen equipment, was honoured to be the headline sponsor of this year’s prestigious The Staff Canteen Awards, held at Scotland House in London on, 11 November. The awards, an annual celebration of excellence in the hospitality sector, shine a spotlight on talent across various roles including chefs, kitchen porters, front-of-house teams, and a special “Hospitality Hero” category.

Adam Knights, Marketing Director of Rational UK, attended the event and shared his thoughts on the significance of Rational’s involvement. The Staff Canteen Awards are especially valued within the industry as they are uniquely nominated and voted on by The Staff Canteen members and followers, making each award a true reflection of peer recognition. This year’s celebrations, hosted by founder Mark Morris, was further supported by students from Westminster Kingsway College, who contributed to the smooth running of the event.
