Graysons Appoints Jon White as New Managing Director
Foodservice and hospitality caterer Graysons has appointed Jon White as its new Managing Director, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s growth journey.
This leadership change follows Aramark UK’s acquisition of Graysons in 2023, where it now forms part of the Workplace & Curated Companies division.
Jon steps into the role with over 40 years of culinary and operational experience. He was part of Graysons’ founding team and, after various senior positions across the industry, returned three years ago as Operations Director. Since then, he’s played a key role in expanding the business, leading mobilisations, and strengthening client relationships across a diverse portfolio of venues, visitor attractions, and workplace sites.
In his new role, Jon will continue to shape Graysons’ strategic direction, with a renewed focus on elevating its unique brand, deepening local supplier partnerships, and strengthening its long-standing commitment to sustainability.
Jon succeeds Tim O’Neill, who has stepped down following a successful period of stewardship. Tim leaves with the business in an exceptionally strong position, having played a key role in the transition of the unique Graysons brand into the Aramark family
Janet Wigley, Managing Director of Aramark UK Workplace & Curated Companies, said: “Jon’s appointment reflects our confidence in the future of Graysons. His deep understanding of the business, values-driven leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence and culture make him ideally placed to lead Graysons into its next phase. He will achieve great things.”
Jon White added: “Graysons has always been close to my heart, and I’m honoured to step into this new role. I’m incredibly proud of the distinct identity we’ve built rooted in our brilliant team, loyal clients, and values that set us apart. I’m excited to build on that legacy, with the backing and support of Aramark as we continue to grow in our own way.”
