This session features illustrious, inspiring chefs from all over the world who will share their unique skills, experiences and challenges: Vojtech Vegh, the “godfather” of food-waste prevention and author of the book “Surplus: The Food Waste Guide for Chefs”, Earl Gray, iconic chef and entrepreneur with a holistic approach to cooking that merges technique, sustainability, and artistic presentation and once again, Rehan Uddin, culinary visionary and dynamic leader in the world of Pan-Asian cuisine and Head Chef of restaurant Indi-Yang.
