The fact is he is definitely at the sharp end of the industry as the picture shows.
Shaun was able to work alongside the professional kitchen team on site on this project, an exclusive wedding venue to gain a better picture and understanding of the equipment needs to suit the style of operations and building layout and assist and advise on sourcing all the equipment ranging from Walk-in Refrigeration & Combi ovens and hot cupboards, to sinks and all stainless steel fabrication etc.
Marc (head chef) Chloe (sous chef) are both previous Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate finalists and are very talented and driven in their profession.
This crucial insight gave Shaun the details needed to help assist them with their venue upgrades.
