Merrychef continues focus on customer service
GUILDFORD, UK – Merrychef announces further aftersales support for customers as it extends its warranty on genuine Merrychef parts, fitted by a factory trained technician, from 90 days to 1 year.
Colin Lacey, VP and Managing Director of Merrychef explains further,
“As a business we have made a commitment to our customers to deliver best in class aftersales support. We have several initiatives underway, and this is the first that we have been keen to announce as quickly as possible. Our industry faces many challenges and as a company we have focused our efforts on inventory availability and short equipment lead-times to ensure that our customers can benefit from supply chain continuity. We have also looked at areas where we can add value, especially at a time when many operators are having to “make do and mend”, and our warranty extension has been created to assist with this.”
