Merrychef highlights importance of customer support with global appointment
Neil Tiley joins leadership team as aftersales director
GUILDFORD, UK – Merrychef announces a new role within the leadership team that puts the customer firmly at the heart of its business. Neil Tiley joins the team as Aftersales Director and brings over 20 years of experience in global service roles. Working across different industries from Semiconductors to Medical Devices, Neil’s experience in the field of customer service covers large accounts as well as field sales and channel partners.

A new position to the Merrychef Team, this role will see Neil taking responsibility for Merrychef’s aftersales support on a global basis and he will be working directly with the engineering and operations teams who are UK based whilst also overseeing Merrychef’s regional service teams.
Having already made a start to his new role, Neil comments,
