FCSI UK&I is the only professional association for independent foodservice consultants. The experienced consultants offer innovative and impartial hospitality consultancy advice. This could be on a wide range of hospitality and catering subjects including hygiene, foodservice strategy, benchmarking, menu planning, project management or competitive tendering. An FCSI consultant can help with specifying catering equipment or designing a new kitchen, restaurant or retail food concept.
Julian Edwards, managing director of GY5 and Chair of FCSI UK&I said: “By Chiller Box becoming Allied members of FCSI UK&I they will have the opportunity to meet and connect with our consultants. All the members should make the most of the opportunity to share ideas and support others; it’s about giving and receiving support. We know our members benefit hugely from the continuous development they get by working together.”
Managing director of Chiller Box, Marios Poumpouris commented: “It’s great to support the industry through Allied membership of the FCSI UK&I. We believe it is important for consultants and allied members to work together to share knowledge, expertise and best practice. Our team are looking forward to attending some of the upcoming FCSI events and widening our network in hospitality.”
