Monika, the experts in connecting teams and equipment, have celebrated their 30th anniversary with a boom – recording their highest ever annual turnover.
Founded in 1992, Monika revolutionised temperature monitoring equipment, to provide operators with a simple yet accurate way to monitor and manage temperatures across both individual and multiple locations. Within a year of launching, Monika was awarded the Hotel & Caterer Innovation award for their revolutionary cable free temperature monitoring system, which used electrical mains signalling technology. Since then, they’ve won numerous awards, and prestigious accreditations, including ISO 9001; the world’s most recognised Quality Management System. Tim Gamble, Executive Chairman, has been with the company since 1992. He describes Monika’s ongoing success:
