Rosinox launches all-new Rosichef Signature range
Rosinox, the global leader in range technology has redesigned and reengineered its popular Rosichef Signature 900, modular cooking range to offer chefs even more flexibility, efficiency and performance. The new line of cooking appliances which is exclusively available from Jestic Foodservice Solutions, combines technological innovation, modularity and ergonomic design, with the hand-built craftsmanship, exceptional materials and efficient production process Rosinox is renowned for.
The all new Rosichef Signature 900 range has been designed to enable chefs to create their ideal suite by selecting from an array of advanced interchangeable appliances including fryers, bains-maries, hobs, induction units and planchas to optimise culinary creativity and productivity.
Efficiency is a hallmark of the Rosichef Signature range and the new Optima plancha heats 100% of the surface and can achieve 320°C in less than 4 minutes. The new pasta cooker offers a 53% energy saving and a steam mode to reinforce the versatility of the unit. The adaptability and modularity of the Rosichef Signature 900 also extends to different types of mounting – whether on feet, on a base, on a bridge or installed on refrigerated undercounters.
Steve Morris, Sales Director at Jestic Foodservice Solutions commented: “The Rosichef Signature 900 from Rosinox has been hugely popular with demanding chefs in a variety of settings for many years, from high-end restaurants to public sector kitchens in schools and hospitals. The all new Rosichef Signature range offers a wide choice of superbly engineered, stylish appliances and components, enabling chefs to create a high performance kitchen suite tailored to meet their exact needs, which can be easily changed in response to new menu trends or operational requirements.”
The new Rosichef Signature 900 range was developed in conjunction with an ergonomist to optimise ease of use for chefs and has resulted in a number of design innovations including an ergonomic control panel with easy to use touchscreen technology and automated lifting of frying and pasta baskets. Cooking appliances can be combined edge to edge without screws to create a single, smooth work surface which is easy to clean, as are the cupboards which incorporate rounded interior corners to optimise hygiene. Service technicians were not forgotten in the redesign of the Rosichef Signature range as technical parts and USB connections for software updates can be easily accessed from the front of each appliance.
