New Henny Penny GVE fryer offers oil savings
Jestic Foodservice Solutions has extended its market leading Henny Penny range with the new GVE low oil volume open fryer – a simplified, easy to use fryer which offers significantly reduced frying oil consumption.
Already the brand of choice for many of the world’s leading QSR chains – the new Henny Penny GVE low oil volume open fryer is an exciting addition that is easy to use and provides excellent value for money whilst significantly reducing frying oil consumption.
As Steve Morris, Sales Director at Jestic Foodservice Solutions explains: “Constructed using high grade stainless steel the GVE is built to withstand the rigours of commercial kitchens whilst producing high quality, consistent results every day and cooks the same size load in 27% less oil than a traditional 25 litre vat.”
The Henny Penny GVE fryers incorporate built-in prompted filtration which filters vats individually when required, whilst a rinse-wave action drains crumbs. The GVE also offers 40 cooking programs including idle and melt modes to reduce energy consumption and extend oil life. Practical design considerations include: a heavy duty basket rest which can be easily removed and hinged elements which make cleaning out a vat quick and easy.
