Former National Chef of the Year, Hayden Groves, is delivering an exclusive online Risotto masterclass for FCSI members in our next Taste-Learn-Connect event.
Supported by Riso Gallo,Groves will showcase two dishes from his award-winning charity book “back in the saddle” these can both be replicated at your leisure, as you will each be receiving a box of excellent Riso Gallo Carnaroli rice together with the recipes.
The event will raise further funds to Cureleukaemia, a charity that Hayden is patron of. The two Recipes are excerpts from his book and this can be ordered via https://www.3tourschallenge.

Stephen Ongley from Liebherr Great Britain will give members an overview of refrigeration and freezing looking at:
