The Senior Consultant is Arnold Fewell who has over thirty years experience in hotels, restaurant and pub management, contract and local authority catering. He has won a national Chartered Institute of Marketing Award, the Daily Telegraph Award for Marketing Innovation and was Foodservice Caterer of the Year in 1988. More recently he won the world wide FCSI Management Advisory Award for the website www.myschoollunch.co.uk. This innovative site makes healthy eating fun for Primary School pupils by letting them learn in a funfair of educational games linked to key stages one and two of the National Curriculum.

Recent market research projects include The Sodexho School Meals Survey 2005 and in October 2005 he will publish research into the attitudes of people with disabilities towards hotels, pubs and restaurant.

AVF Marketing is an accredited training provider for Hospitality Assured. This is the quality mark managed by the Hotel and Catering International Management Association, the professional body of the Industry.

Arnold recently became wheelchair bound after an accident in 2000. This made him realise that people with disabilities face many challenges when using hospitality premises. As a result he has developed a range of services that will help managers deal with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 2004 as well as take advantage of the business opportunities that this £5 billion market offers.
