The Peter Burholt Partnership is an independent consultancy, providing catering design and management advice to architects and professional teams, end users and operators, for all sectors of the food service industry.
The practice undertakes a wide range of assignments throughout the UK and occasionally overseas. These include strategic reviews, feasibility studies and full consultancy services, that take a project from the concept design stage through to completion and handover.
