Most Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Consultants are very good at what they do but would be the first to admit that they do not understand catering.
As a design consultancy we have the expertise and experience in all fields of ME&P to either take on or at least greatly assist the client’s team in preparing design solutions to the catering facility services requirements.
Holding the current C.O.R.G.I. registration, (I.E.E.) recognised electrical qualifications and being a member of the Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers, enable us to apply a practical as well as theoretical perspective when exploring design solutions.
Our ability to design full ME&P systems enable us to conduct detail design beyond the normally accepted envelope of “the kitchen”, by being able to design back to source very often interface difficulties are avoided, our practical ability also allows us to carry out our own commissioning, thereby providing a non bias record rather than relying on the installing trade.
