Formed in 1995, Adrian Stokes’ consultancy is one of the most respected in the food service sector of the catering industry.

The business is multi skilled but focuses on three main activities:

2. Projects – a wide range of services are available including strategic advice, formulation of catering policy, determining kitchen and restaurant design and contract tendering.

It has provided services to ABN Amro Bank, Ashbourne Homes, Ashurst, BPB, City of London School, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Reuters, Servite Houses and The Royal Household. The company is independent of any other organisation providing practical, unbiased and objective advice to its clients.

Prior to forming his consultancy, Adrian gained operational experience as a Director at Avenance, Leith’s, Eurest International and Compass Group. Prue Leith, OBE says of him:
