Since 1989 we have provided independent professional advice mainly within the UK to corporate clients on the effective management of their catering operations. Business sectors include business and industry, government, independent and further education.

Our small, specialist team develop a strong and constructive relationship with our clients first of all to understand the issues that are relevant to them then to propose solutions that will deliever the best result for them.

Our reputation speaks for itself, with over 80% of our business either being through recommendation or repeat business. Clients include both household names such as Kellogg's, Ernst & Young and Scottish Power and corporate clients such as Merck Sharpe & Dohme, Slaughter and May and Cisco Systems.

Independent schools include Aldenham School, Alleyns School and St. Helen's School, whilst further education clients include De Montfort University and University of Surrey.

In addition to our core management consultancy, we also offer a further range of services through strategic alliances with other specialists. In particular we have been active in the design and redesign of catering facilities for a range of clients including JP Morgan Chase and York St. John University.
