David founded the Partnership in 1989 having been Food & Beverage Director for Forte Hotels and Group Managing Director of Town & Country.

David is primarily responsible for strategy development and strategic implementation programmes.

David mentors a number of key industry players, is a Freeman of the City of London, Fellow of the RSA and a Professor of Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure.
