Designing and advising on kitchens within Education, Commerce, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail, also serveries, bars and all ancillary areas including Cook Chill and Waste Management.
We are a totally independent consultancy utilising the latest equipment technology in order to create award winning projects,in the UK and abroad,notably the five star Lucknam Park and Whatley Manor Hotels (Michelin 2 star) and The Institute of Technology Tralee, a major Hotel Training School with five kitchens, bar and demonstration theatre.

We successfully redesigned the kitchens at the Carnegie Club, Skibo Castle in Dornoch, Scotland.
