The Peter Burholt Partnership is an independent consultancy, providing catering design and management advice for all sectors throughout the food service industry to architects and professional teams, end users and operators.
The practice undertakes a wide range of assignments throughout the UK and occasionally overseas. These include strategic reviews, feasibility studies and full consultancy services that take a project from concept design through to completion and final handover.
Graham is a director of the practice and has over 40 years experience in catering design and project management and has worked in both the design and manufacturing side of the food service industry. He brings his experience to all projects but specialises in:
